EVOMS Ignition Coils - High Energy
Evolution MotorSports High Energy Discharge (HED) ignition coils were developed out of necessity and proven affective on our 1200 HP 996TT engines to provide increased spark energy and improve overall engine performance. Our development process began more than 2 years ago when we had reached the limits with the output of the stock coils. Since we continuously push the flat-6 engines to the extreme, we developed an ignition coil that improved performance and could withstand the punishment that we inflicted on them. Although we developed the EVOMS HED ignition coils for the Motorsport environment where extreme heat, vibration and high RPM's are common place, our ignition coils also make a significant performance improvement to any power level Porsche.

EVOMS Pulley Kit - GT3 Lightweight
The Evolution MotorSports ClubSport lightweight and strengthened crank pulley is designed to surpass the quality and technical specifications of the original as well as the upgraded GT3 crank pulleys. EVOMS engineers modeled the basic design of our pulley from latest generation billet aluminum GT3 pulley, which was upgraded for the 2010 3.8L GT3. When testing the OEM aluminum GT3 pulley, we found that the design was better than the OEM steel pulley; however, there were many ways to improve it. Through extensive theoretical (FEA) testing in SolidWorks, as well as in real world performance tests, EVOMS engineers created an upgraded CNC machined billet aluminum pulley that outperforms all of the OEM GT3 pulleys and has features that drastically improve the overall strength and durability for any stock or higher performance level 996 / 997 GT3/RS.

EVOMS Pulley Installation Tool
EVOMS Pulley Installation Tool:
The EVOMS CNC Machined billet steel installation tool makes fitting our pulley trouble free. The dowel pins fit into the machined holes on the pulley to hold it in place while tightening. Also included is a lighter duty grade 8.8 bolt which is used as the initial assembly bolt to draw the pulley onto the crankshaft. Once in place, this bolt is removed and the OEM grade 12.8 bolt is used for final assembly. There is a machined 36mm HEX head on our tool to secure with a wrench while a 19mm socket fits inside and is used to tighten the pulley bolt during the final torque sequence.
